Nurse Travel Program

Angel began as an organization believing that excellence in all services we provide is our expectation for both our healthcare professionals and our clients. We want to be the organization our clients call, not only when they seek per diem, temp to hire, and direct placement, but also when the specific need requires a long or short term travel contract to fill the need within their organization. We have spent the past several years focusing on the needs of our contracted facilities and career development of our caregivers.

As we have experienced demand for travelers and for travel assignments, we have catered a program to go above and beyond the demand to meet the individual requests. Understanding that our clients need to utilize their surrounding communities to recruit their healthcare staff, we can guarantee that for our travel needs we target recruitment areas outside those most convenient for our clients. Full time staff most effectively and thoroughly works when living within a 50 mile radius of the facility offering short commuting time and overall community involvement as the facility that delivers healthcare services is one that ultimately serves the community’s well being. Striving to support those goals, Angel has expanded its service areas so our recruitment efforts can be focused to meet the needs of our facilities without interrupting their own efforts.

Unlike many travel staffing organizations across the country, Angel continues to uphold our hiring standards by keeping our thorough face to face interviews especially for our travel program. We believe that it is impossible to hire and staff a traveler without the historical and traditional interview processes.
